The Copperchase Vedette is a telephone Hotline facility designed specifically for remote stations or outposts that require a method of communicating with a central control station where there are constraints in either the communications or power cabling network.
The Vedette provides a method of communicating with a central control station from a number of locations such as security gates via a hotline handset utilising exiting telephone cabling or the GSM network with power coming from a mains source or a local battery supply being maintained by wind or solar (or both).
